I have spent over 10 years creating learner-centered experiences across corporate, higher ed, and federal sectors. My background includes instructional design, project management, leadership coaching, and accessibility compliance. I am a Certified CliftonStrengths coach and hold an active security clearance.
I leverage creativity in instructional design using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia to develop interactive learning modules, video tutorials, and microlearning elements to enhance engagement. I am deeply committed to accessibility, ensuring that all learning experiences are inclusive and equitable. My expertise in adapting content for diverse audiences ensures that every learner has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or experience level.

- Expanding on my love for logic and processes by integrating AGILE workflows as an instructional design team-lead, delivering 20+ learning modules ahead of schedule
- Exploring how AI for voice generation and content creation can turn an otherwise boring compliance certificate into engaging, human-centered content
- Designing and leading CliftonStrengths-based leadership development for both 1:1 coaching and large-group workshops
- Advocating for the intentional use of inclusive design and successfully converting over 80% of materials into ADA/508-compliant content
